I cannot possible convey all my gratitude to LondonRelocation for what they have given us. First on the list is peace of mind. Weare in the middle of an enormous upheaval in our life, and London Relocationhas been a source of great comfort and competence in guiding us through. Mat and Phillippa’s kindness, humor and understanding mademy blood pressure go down from the first conversation. They have answers toabsolutely everything from how to hook up a tv, to which schools are good forwhich children, which phones to use and even the best time to look for a flat.They tell you every single document you will need ahead of time and keep themon file to make sure there is no unfinished bureaucratic detail to get in theway. They are like having a trusted family member in London. Then there is the finding of a home. Because letting a flatin London requires numerous different agents for each neighborhood, it’s analmost impossible task to accomplish on a short trip. London relocationcentralizes the search by taking your list of requirements, helping you figureout which neighborhoods and then sorting through all the listings themselves to make up a list that only includesviable candidates. Ryan and Eldon on the day of flat hunting drove through themaze of London (with a quick stop at a charming pub). It was raining, so wehopped out of the car to look at each flat, and then Elton was there to dash usoff to the next place. We looked at 23 in one day and most of them met ourcriteria. Ryan helped us assess the benefits and disadvantages of each andreally looked after our interests. He told us honestly when he thought the tubetrip wouldn’t work or which neighborhoods wouldn’t be best for our 17 year olddaughter. One was perfect. It was made available the day we saw it, and wesnatched it up. Ryan is an excellent negotiator who made an offer and workedceaselessly till the contract was in our hand. London is a very competitivemarket, so you need someone like Ryan if you don’t want to lose a great flatfor lack of speed. He knew the process perfectly, even setting up our bank appointment, so we were perched to make an offer whenever necessary. We simply could not have managed this move without them.They are outstanding in every way. Like good friends, they stick with youthroughout. Ryan even volunteered to give us his own blow up mattress if wearrive in London before our movers!

I accepted a dream job in London, not appreciating how stressful moving me and my daughter to London from California would be. My assistant found London Relocation on the web, and said she thought it looked “good.” That was a massive understatement. London Relocation was fantastic; they’re extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of London property, listened carefully to my needs, and showed me over 20 flats that met my specifications in one day. They then negotiated a very favorable rental agreement, protecting me in ways I wouldn’t have thought of. The level of service is superb. Every step of the way they’ve made things easy that otherwise would be difficult and overwhelming. London Relocation was and continues to be aninvaluable resource in my quest for settling in London. As I knew nothing of the city or housing market in my new city I was put at ease to go through anagency that so professionally and easily put me in my great new apartment. The day after I arrived, Ryan escorted my mother and me to around 18 flats (I lost count roughly halfway through) in various areas of the city. I had wonderfulknowledge of the area and the flats themselves that led me to make the right decision for me. I was able to sign the lease and even move in 4 days after theflat viewings. What was perhaps even more consoling was Mat and Philly assuringthat their help was not over and that I could contact them whenever I needed. Iwas able to open a bank account with the help of the contacts of LondonRelocation and was contacted by them to make sure that everything went wellwith move-in and that everything was up to par as per the contract. I would feel comfortable contacting them in case of emergency and am greatfull to thehelp of their great staff! I am so glad that I utilized their help and was ableto set up a bank account and flat within a week of setting foot in London (I know students looking for weeks). I have already started recommending their services and will continue to do so in the future.

London Relocation may have actually saved my marriage!

London Relocation’s team and service is so absolutely fantastic that they may have actually saved my marriage! My wife and I had been arguing for many days about whether my internet research for London neighborhoods, properties and schools was “good enough” or whether I was missing something big by not talking to more people. After we talked to London Relocation and we gave our search over to them she was completely satisfied that we were in the good hands of knowledgeable people who had figured out exactly what our family would and wouldn’t like. Being with London Relocation melted all of the arguments (and much of the stress) away. Seeing 21 properties in a day was exhilarating and the process assured I took good pictures and notes for my wife (who was still back in the States). At the end of the day we figured out Plan A and Plan B and London Relocation took care of the rest. They handled everything from negotiations to reviewing contracts and they were in constant daily contact with me during the process. We are now happily in a neighborhood I HADN’T found via the internet and our entire family is excited to start our new life in London.

Home for the Holidays

To relocate from Seattle, WA to London in late December is no small challenge, especially when one has had a mere three weeks to prepare. But this is exactly what my wife and I chose to do in December 2011. Given this scenario, a reasonable person would have moved into temporary housing to get through the holidays. But I knew that I needed to start my new assignment at full-speed in the new year. Finding a flat after the new year would have been an unwelcome disruption. This is where London Relocation comes into the story. The Goal: We wanted to be into an apartment before Christmas. The Challenge: There were only 3 business days between our arrival in London, and the general shutdown of city for Christmas. Execution: Monday we saw 22 flats across 2 neighborhoods represented by 10 unique agents. The breadth of viewings allowed us to focus in on what we cared about and make a selection that we loved. Tuesday we chose a flat and signed a lease. Wednesday we were given the keys. The turnaround time was unprecedented, particularly given the impending holiday, and it was the result of a team effort. The London Relo team members are people you can trust to get the job done, and they are a group you’ll want to have a drink with afterward. Availability around-the-clock and constant commitment to our satisfaction were hard-coded attributes shared by each team member which touched our account - Kenneth, Philippa, Mat, and Anthony. Among the many highlights of our experience with London Relocation, one that stands out is that Anthony going over and above to ensure we were able to collect our keys on the day of the move.

Working with them was the best decision I could have made

The thought of having to find a suitable apartment at such short notice was daunting and I didn't want to find somewhere temporary, only having to move again a few months later - I had to get it right first time!This was made more stressful by ongoing work travel commitments and it being the holiday season. London Relocations made the whole experience of finding a property while not being in the country not only simple, but also added a very friendly and personal touch. After contacting them via their website I received a call within an hour from the lovely Phillippa, who I had a pleasant conversation with discussing my requirements and what I liked and didn't like. I met with Kenneth my search agent for a day in London a couple of weeks later and viewed 23 apartments in total. I must say that the standard of apartments I was shown exceeded all of my expectations! Although 23 sounds exhausting, it was more like a fun day out as he made the experience very enjoyable and there was no pressure which you sometimes feel when meeting estate agents. It was very clear that Kenneth and London Relocations had a good working relationship with most if not all of the top estate agents in London. At the end of the day I had made my decision and Kenneth seemed to work magic with the estate agent negotiating a very reasonable price. London Relocations have managed to relieve me of all the stress I thought this move would bring and found me the perfect home in the process. Working with them was the best decision I could have made; friendly and professional with amazing results!

Imagine the worst case scenario and be thankful that London Relocation is in your court.All started seemingly well. We viewed 25 plus homes in one day, overwhelmed to say the least but thankful that London Relo nailed our search down and provided us with ample options. After painstakingly re-visiting three different spots (thank you man of great patience--Ryan), we made our decision; coughed up our cash; and anxiously and excitedly awaited our move-in date. At last, we would be able to settle in and officially start our adventure in London.Flash forward to moving day and the LL leaves us, our 2 year old son, and all of our belongings in front of "our" mews, keyless and without a home at 9pm (in the winter). Enter the London Relo team--ALL of them by our side, including the owner Andrew who had just welcomed his baby girl into the world hours earlier.The heroic team transferred all of our possessions into temporary storage (their office); put us up in a hotel; and stood by our side until all was resolved. There are many relocation services out there and all can take the credit for the happy ending when everything runs smoothly. I guarantee there are few out there who perform at such a genuine and stellar level; who treated us like platinum; and followed through until we had keys in hand to our delicious little home-sweet-home of a flat. Honestly, there is not a single negitive word that can be said about London Relocation. I placed an inquiry online and in 20 minutes someone had already gotten back to me about my London apartment search, and within a week I had my vieing day set. On viewing day, despite the horrible traffic and weather we made it to well over 20 properties, and the Team was super helpful in finding some to meet my exact criteria (and most of them exceeded my expectations by a long shot). And, just like they promised, I found the flat I wanted within a day and all thanks to their hard work and effort! They've been extremely attentive through every step of the process, and I really don't know why I waited so long in using their services. Definitely the best way to go if you intend on moving to London, don't even think twice!

I was planning on moving to London for the Olympics. Whether I would write down a thousand words or just a few it would all come down to the fact that London Relocation is your best bet if you are planning a move to London. They take you out on a tour of the properties which would match your criteria! They are the most helpfull people as well, they did go the extra mile for me and I did find the flat I wanted in one day as they said I would, and they did deliver on the promise. With hindsight I don't even know why I didn't go to them right away. In a word they are the Best.
