I/We hereby appoint London Relocation Ltd to act on my behalf as sole agents to search for a property to rent.

I/We agree to pay London Relocation Ltd one months rent upon signing a lease of the introduced property.

Should this fee remain unpaid for more than 7 days following exchange of contracts or signing of a lease, interest will be paid on the outstanding debt at the annual rate of 10% above the Base Rate of the Barclays Bank plc. This will be charged on a daily basis until such time as the outstanding balance is cleared.

If at the end of the 6-week contract period the contract is not terminated then the agreement will continue until terminated by either party by one months notice.

After seeing 10 properties, should I/we whish to end the relationship with London Relocation Ltd I/We may do so incurring a £300 Non-refundable Fee payable the same day as search.

Declaration

I/we have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above and hereby instruct London Relocation Ltd to commence a search on my/our behalf for the rent of a property.
