TERMS & CONDITIONS/OUR GUARANTEE
I/We hereby appoint London Relocation Ltd to act on my behalf as sole agents to search for a property to rent on my/our behalf.
I/We agree to pay London Relocation Ltd a Deposit of 300.00 pounds (deductible from the final fee upon signing a lease of the introduced property) at least 7 days in advance of the appointment.
I/We agree to pay London Relocation Ltd the fee equivalent of one month's rent (plus VAT) upon signing a lease of the introduced property, less the deductible 300.00 Pounds deposit.
Should this fee remain unpaid for more than 7 days following exchange of contracts or signing of a lease, interest will be paid on the outstanding debt at the annual rate of 10% above the Base Rate of the Barclays Bank plc. This will be charged on a daily basis until such time as the outstanding balance is cleared.
After seeing a minimum of 10 properties, should I/we wish to end the relationship with London Relocation Ltd, I/We may do so incurring the 300.00 Pounds Deposit.
Upon agreement of occupancy terms, lease and occupancy by prospective landlord, for which London Relocation Ltd has submitted and negotiated terms on my/our behalf, then we agree to pay the balance of the fee (equating to one calendar month's rent of the property selected less the deposit)

Should I/we, upon completion of the viewing day and agreement of occupancy terms discontinue London Relocation Ltd's services solely due to circumstances outside of London Relocation Ltd's control (e.g. change in moving date, delays in visa processing, etc.), London Relocation Ltd, having already fulfilled its responsibilities in scheduling and executing my/our property viewings and agreeing an offer on a property, is authorized to invoice me/us for an additional 1,200.00 Pounds Viewing Fee, not inclusive of the initial 300.00 Pounds Deposit.
This fee is not due in cases of force majeure, loss or diminution of the property prior to occupation, landlord failing to approve client for occupancy or being unable to deliver the property for occupancy on the agreed date or any other act beyond the express and direct control of the client and London Relocation Ltd.
