2. Viewing day

View between 18 to 25 properties in one day
At the end of the day we’ll discuss each property in detail, helping you decide on your favourite and order of preference
Negotiate both rent and lease terms on your behalf
Pay all administration fees agencies charge when signing a lease

3. Move in!

Move-in date will take place between 1-3 days after signing a lease depending on need
Help with transferring utility bills into your name
Set up both Internet connections, Phone & Cable TV
Open bank account
