London Relocation Fees

London Relocation offer an all-inclusive bespoke service and will Never ask you to transfer any money prior to signing a lease. Please see below for our fees and how we work.

  • Deposit – There is no registration fee but we will ask you for a deposit of £300, payable on the day of viewing.
  • Fee – Our fee is one month's rent, to be paid once a lease has been agreed and signed. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total amount due.

The registration fee will be deducted from the final fee.
